Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

  • We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@saeli.org.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 10 business days.

Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any charges. No refund applies.

キャンセルについて

サブスクリプションはいつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も、当月の請求期間が終了するまでプランをご利用いただけます。キャンセル後の追加請求は発生しません。

返金について

  • 請求期間の残り日数に対する日割り返金は行っておりません。
  • 誤って課金されたと思われる場合は、課金日から14日以内に hello@saeli.org までご連絡ください。
  • 返金リクエストは個別に審査し、10営業日以内に処理いたします。
