Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, no questions asked.
- Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@saeli.org within the 14-day refund window.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
Free Plan
The free plan does not involve any charges. No refund applies.
キャンセルについて
サブスクリプションはいつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も、当月の請求期間が終了するまでプランをご利用いただけます。キャンセル後の追加請求は発生しません。
返金について
- 購入日または更新日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず全額返金いたします。
- 14日を過ぎた返金リクエストはお受けできません。
- 返金をご希望の場合は、14日以内に hello@saeli.org までご連絡ください。
- 承認された返金は10営業日以内に処理いたします。
- 請求期間の残り日数に対する日割り返金は行っておりません。
